August 2017: Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Expansion Underway!

Tom O’Brien Construction are delighted to have begun works to a Multi Million Euro Laboratory Expansion Project for Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

The project involves alterations to existing facades, a new three storey extension to the existing laboratory building incorporating new labs, circulation areas, administration areas, staff welfare facilities and plantroom complete with all necessary site works including new retaining walls, car parking spaces, bicycle shelter and alterations to existing drainage and ancillary services. A new car park will also be provided.

Huge advances have been made in getting the new Laboratory Building out of the ground in our first couple of weeks on site. We are programmed to be on the site for the next 12 months in this major new facility for Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
