November 2017: St. Senan’s NS Refurb Complete!

We have just completed another School Refurbishment for the Dept of Education working in tandem with JPD Architects. This time at St. Senan’s NS in Kilmacow Co. Kilkenny our team removed the existing slate roof covering and the old sarking felt underneath. We recovered the existing carcass in a new breathable membrane then installed Thrutone Rivendale slates and replaced all the lead valleys. The building was repainted internally and externally, new flooring installed and new cast aluminium rainwater goods were provided throughout. The project was overseen by Bosco Mahony in the main office and Thomas O’Brien was our man on site. Bosco and Thomas have just started another DOE Project in Stradbally, Co. Waterford with the same team of trusted subcontractors.
