October 2018: Repairs to Historical Our Lady’s Apartments in Waterford City.

Repeat Business is something we take huge pride in at Tom O’Brien’s. We carried out minor repair works some years ago for our Clients in the Historical Mid 18th Century, Our Lady’s Home Apartments in Waterford City and we were asked back again recently to carry out some more serious structural repairs.

Demolitions and structural strengthening were carried out in order to allow the client assess their options further. Hopefully this is another step on the way to restoring this lovely old building back to its former glories. Before and after photos above give an example of some of the crack repairs carried out.
