This multimillion-euro Primary School development was completed over two years in two separate phases.
Phase 1 commenced with the demolition of a number of existing school buildings. This allowed for the construction of an impressive brand new single storey and two storey 12 classroom extension including the construction of a new GP Hall. This new GP hall adjoins the existing school buildings creating a link between old and new. Works also involved the provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrances, car parking facilities, play areas and all external facilities including hard and soft landscaping along with the reconfiguration of existing vehicular entrances.
Phase 2 involved all of another modern two storey extension, part-demolition of existing buildings and major refurbishment works to existing school buildings including all ancillary external works.
All works were carried out on a live and occupied school campus requiring careful planning and strict health & safety measures to be in place at all times. This project saw successful completion on time and within budget.
