Minster James Browne TD officially opens Social Housing scheme in Carlow Town

We were proud to welcome Minster James Browne TD to our site in Barrack Street Co. Carlow last week to officially open a scheme of new high-quality social housing units, recently delivered by Tom O’Brien Construction to Carlow County Council.

Once derelict, these homes are now modern, energy‑efficient (A2 BER) and part of Carlow County Council’s commitment to tackling vacancy and regenerating Carlow Town Centre.

Opened by Minister James Browne TD , Cathaoirleach Ken Murnane and Mayor Paul Doogue, this project brings people back into the heart of Carlow town while preserving it’s historic character.

Tom O’Brien Construction were represented by Contracts Manager Dan and Site Manager Mark on the day.
