January 2022: New Cataract Theatre underway at UHW

Works are now underway and moving ahead well on site at University Hospital Waterford on the New Cataract Theatre Project. Steady progress is being made on this complex build for the HSE. Our teams are operating both on and above the upper floors of currently occupied live hospital buildings in order to deliver the New Cataract Theatre, all within the confines of a particularly tight centrally located site.

Our teams’ huge experience in delivering Construction Works to our National Health Board and working within live Hospital environments across the country for more than 3 decades has been an invaluable asset on this Healthcare project so far. We look forward to delivering this project to UHW in the coming months.
