July 2021: Cardiac Cath Lab Works commence at UHW

Construction works have now commenced to the new cardiac cath lab at University Hospital Waterford. One of the projects first significant milestones was reached this week as Tom O’Brien Construction saw our tower crane erected. This challenging and intricate building project will see the new cath lab constructed on multiple levels upon the roof of a number of existing occupied buildings and will require all of Tom O’Brien’s, Wejchert Architects and the Design Teams construction expertise and experience in the healthcare field to see this much needed and long awaited project through to successful completion and delivered to the HSE and to the people of the South East.
