March 2017: PepsiCo award Tom O’Brien’s Major Cork Fit-out

 

We are happy to confirm our appointment as the Main Contractor for PepsiCo Ireland’s current building works programme.

The project in the PepsiCo Carrigaline plant in Cork involves a substantial upgrade to their existing offices. Working with us again in the Cork area will be CTS Group, who will be acting as our combined Mechanical and Electrical contractor on the refurbishment. The project will be headed up by our Senior QS Mr. Nick Furness in concert with Contracts Manager Mr. Dan Casey.

This fast-track fit-out will be overseen on the ground by TOBC Foreman Keith Barry and his team. Keith has worked on some of our most prestigious projects recently including the award winning Waterford Medieval Museum and the Waterford Institute of Technology Arena. We are sure PepsiCo are in good hands!
