Oct 2022: Blackwater College Phase 2 Underway

With the 1st Phase of this Major €15m School Development now handed over to the Client, Phase 2 works are underway. This 2nd Phase sees another major New Build element to be completed, major refurbishment works to be carried out to the existing school buildings, along with the Restoration of an Historic former school building, a detached five –bay two storey gothic revival former school constructed in 1871. The building is included on the Register of Protected Structures (RPS) held by Waterford County Council and is also included on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH). Our Conservation & Restoration craftsmen will be hard at work for the months ahead.
