October 2020: Phase 1 Works Complete at Gaelscoil Clonmel

Phase 1 works of a new multi-million euro School Development in Clonmel are now complete. Phase 1 involved the construction of a major 2 storey over basement extension and the provision of all ancillary landscaping and playground areas. Phase 2 works to the original existing school building are due to commence in the coming weeks. This multi-million euro project is a two-phase combination new build extension and refurbishment of an existing 1840’s building. Our thanks to the Design Team for entrusting us with Phase 1 of this Development and we look forward to working with Butler Moffat Architects, Downes Associates, Hayes Higgins Partnership, and Rogerson Reddan again on Phase 2 works in the coming months ahead.
