Works commencing Q3 2024.

This Social Housing Development for Carlow County Council will involve both the restoration and redevelopment of numbers 25 – 32 Barrack Street Carlow which shall include all necessary work to restore the building facades, internal and external renovation and reconstruction, site works including adjacent public footpath and connection to services.

The works also include the demolition and partial demolition of numbers 22 – 24 Barrack Street and the creation of an open public space at number 22 & 23.
