This project involved the construction of a major warehouse extension to cater for the forecasted processing and storage requirements of Clonmel Healthcare Ltd.

The expansion was located adjacent to the existing warehouse facility, requiring precise connection and tie-in of the existing warehouse building to the newly proposed. This new modern facility has a total area of approx 1850 sq m and comprises of ground floor storage areas and mezzanine areas over three levels. Mezzanine areas within the warehouse include offices, staff welfare facilities, re-packing rooms and store rooms.

Works also included the relocation of existing utilities and services located within the footprint of the new facility, the construction and installation of loading docks, the complete renovation of the main front entrance and the installation of new car parking, access roads, footpaths, external staff circulation areas, hard & soft landscaping and new resurfacing works.
