This four storey apartment block is located in Poleberry, Waterford City adjacent to St. John’s River and is purpose built to accommodate students of nearby South East Technological University.

The works consisted of providing 27 no. apartments together with all associated site development works.  The building was constructed off pile foundations and included for providing a new section of walkway along St. John’s river.
