This project comprises a major multi-million-euro post-primary school development at Pobailscoil na Trionoide in Youghal, Co. Cork.

Works will consist in the main of 2 no. separate and significant extensions to the existing school.

The development includes:

– New General Classrooms

– New Special Education Needs Units (SEN)

– New Student Social Areas & Locker Spaces

– New Staff & Principal Offices

– New Specialist Classrooms including new science laboratories, woodwork rooms, technical drawing rooms and modern home economics facilities.

In addition to all of the above, the development will consist of circulation and ancillary spaces, service rooms with Mechanical and Electrical Installations to achieve an A2 BER rating; additional carparking spaces, interconnection with existing underground Utility Services, and hard and soft landscaping works.
