September 2018: €10m Eurofins Labs Complete

We here at Tom O’Brien Construction are very proud of the finished product at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Handover of this multi million euro facility has been recently achieved and the client has now taken possession. Phase 1 was constructing a new car park which then allowed us to build Phase 2, their impressive new main building, as seen below.

This project proves our ability to deliver complex facilities to PHARMA quality clients in a timely and cost effective manner. We would like to thank Eurofins for placing their trust in us and allowing us to demonstrate to them and their partners that large construction projects can be comfortably handled by experienced SME contractors.

Clients shouldn’t feel that a large project means competition is narrowed to the largest 5 national building companies, the right contractor isn’t necessarily the biggest contractor.

Phase 3 by the way is a bigger and better carpark for all the new staff required for Eurofins increased capacity. Our thanks also to the Design team of Kevin Meagher of Fewer Harrington and Partners, Robert Fox of Frank Fox & Associates, CSD Engineering and GSP. A huge well done to the TOB team of Dan, Bosco, Keith and Daniyal, onwards and upwards!
