February 2016: St. Paul’s Community College Complete

Tom O’Brien Construction have successfully completed works at St. Paul’s Community College, Lisduggan, Waterford. This project consisted of the refurbishment of 3 Science rooms, associated prep rooms, stores and demonstration rooms. Tom O’Brien’s carried out the complete redecoration of all rooms to give a complete aesthetic upgrade. Tom O’Brien’s worked closely with the appointed mechanical and electrical sub-contractors to ensure the facility was returned to the client on the stipulated date. Throughout this project, all services remained live and the building was handed over to the school on Monday the 15th of February 2016. Tom O’Brien Construction would like to thank all those who helped facilitate the quick turnaround on this project and would like to wish St. Paul’s Community College well in their newly refurbished Science labs.
