TOBC awarded Design & Build Bundle of Six (6) Nr. Schools
We’re extremely proud to share some exciting news for 2026!
Following a comprehensive and competitive tender process over the last number of months, we have officially been awarded a Major multi-million-euro Design & Build (D&B) Contract to oversee the Refurbishment & Energy Upgrade of a bundle of Six (6) Nr. Separate Secondary Schools across Co. Wexford, due to be carried out over the summer months of 2026.
The list of schools include:
– Kennedy College, New Ross
– Colaiste Abbain, Adamstown
– St. Peter’s College, Wexford Town
– Enniscorthy Community School
– Colaiste an Atha, Kilmuckridge
– Gorey Community School
This bundle of 6 school upgrade projects will focus on:
– Replacement of Windows & Doors
– Rooflight Replacement
– Upgrading of both Flat & Pitched Roofs
– External Wall Insulation
– Pumped Cavity Wall Insulation
– Attic Insulation
– Air Tightness Works
– Finishes throughout
