Dec 2020: 5 Phases of Rapid fit-outs have commenced at University Hospital Waterford

The 1st of 5 Phased Sluice Area fit-outs at University Hospital Waterford was completed and handed over Christmas week 2020, with all refurbishment works to the first phase carried out in just two weeks. Handover of the above pictured first phase was required for the pre Christmas shutdown. The second phase fit-out and refurb commenced the first week of January 2021 and we hope to have all five phases complete in the coming weeks. Works include the complete strip out and M&E disconnection to existing Sluice Areas and a full fit-out of the area including new ceilings, flooring, wall cladding, M&E works, decoration, IPS panels, fitted furniture installation, the installation of new stainless steel Sluice Units and all required commissioning works. Our thanks to all subcontractors who are working at short notice to turn these phases around rapidly for our Clients in the HSE.
