Deep Energy Retrofit Project underway at SETU Carlow
Tom O’Brien Construction have just commenced a significant Deep Energy Retrofit, Decarbonisation and BER Upgrades Project this week at SETU Carlow to the Burrin Building.
Working as Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), our team will deliver this project over the summer months working to an accelerated programme, consisting of a comprehensive energy upgrade and deep energy retrofit of the building.
We are excited to commence yet another deep energy retrofit project having successfully handed over a deep retrofit and BER Upgrade of the Educate Together School in Tramore Co. Waterford last year. We look forward to continuing to build on our portfolio of Deep Energy Retrofit Projects for the Department of Education and Higher Education Authority.
