Handover of New Modular MRI Facility at Wexford General Hospital

Tom O’Brien Construction were delighted to recently deliver new MRI facilities into Wexford General Hospital. Working to a severely tight programme, practical completion was achieved in just approximately 3 months.

Tom O’Brien Construction also oversaw a highly technical and complex enabling works package, including the remodeling of existing services and the establishment of new underground services & utilities along with the creation of new accessways about the new MRI Suite.

Further to the new MRI Suite, new reception & waiting areas and office spaces were also provided along with the construction of a new link corridor tied back into to the Main Hospital.

We are proud to have acted as Main Contractors for the HSE on this important project in Wexford General Hospital, working in conjunction with specialists Alliance Medical Diagnostics.
