May 2015: Works commence at Christchurch National School, Waterford

 

Tom O’Brien Construction are delighted to announce that works are officially underway at Christchurch NS, Waterford.

This exciting and highly complex project entails a wide scope of works. These include extensive demolition and excavation works, the refurbishment of a number of existing buildings and various innovative extensions, some of which will consist of a new GP area, Library/Circulation area, Sanitary facilities, Staff and Special Education rooms and a Roof Top Play area. Works will also include the removal and upgrade of the existing pitched roofs, reconfiguration of existing site access and the upgrade of the site’s landscaped areas.

Our Contracts Manager Mr. Pat Roche will oversee this project whilst also ensuring the completion of phase two of Waterpark National School. Is there a school in Waterford Pat hasn’t knocked down and rebuilt?
